The HRM Department provides support to shore-based employees at all Management Companies. The Department operates with a team of eight and our focus for the coming years is developing and improving HR support across the company.
 
As HR Administrator you coordinate HR reporting and Group-wide implementation of procedures, work instructions and HR tools. You will be assigned additional HRM-related projects as required, such as  implementation of a new Personnel Information System (HR Dynamics). In cooperation with the HR Department Assistant and Payroll Administrator, you are responsible for personnel and payroll administration for our two Management Companies in the Netherlands. This includes pension administration, 30%-ruling requests and follow up of social-security matters. Another important part of your job is the coordination of recruitment activities. In this task, you work closely with HR Officers. You prepare and post vacancies on company media, undertake pre-selection of incoming applications, schedule interviews and handle rejections. The majority of your work will be conducted in English. In this position you report to the Head HRM.
 
To excel in this function, you have a relevant Bachelor degree and up-to-date knowledge of Dutch social and fiscal laws and regulations. You possess a minimum of three years’ experience in an independent HR and/or payroll role within an international environment and have solid knowledge of administrative processes. Proficiency in HR Dynamics  is desirable. The ability to work accurately and to deadlines is essential, as are excellent communication and reporting skills in English and Dutch.
