TDG's Golden Jubilee celebration held in Manila

Earlier this month, we proudly joined Transnational Diversified Group’s (TDG) in Manila to mark 𝗧𝗗𝗚’𝘀 Golden Jubilee. Maritime partners from around the world came together to celebrate five decades of trust, collaboration and shared successes.

Vroon's partnership with TDG dates from 1977, when we entrusted TDG with two of our vessels. This visionary move formed the start of a long-standing joint venture, built on trust, excellence and friendship, which has seen many “firsts”: the first foreign vessels bareboat chartered under the Philippine registry; the first full-Filipino crew complement on board livestock vessels; the first officers’ dialogues and seminars.

Over five decades, the alliance has produced loyal and hardworking “home-grown” officers and ratings for the Vroon fleet. These well-trained crew members form a vital part of the Vroon team, dedicated to our excellent safety culture and the provision of reliable services to our customers.

We are certain that Vroon and TDG’s combined strengths and corporate values will continue to ensure the partnership’s growth and success in the years to come.
